Municipal President, Ray Chagoya, attended the graduation ceremony of the Oaxaca Institute of Technology (ITO), where 429 young people completed an important stage of their academic journey.

The city mayor expressed his pride in being the class sponsor and emphasized that each graduate is part of a success story by completing their higher education studies — an achievement that also carries a great responsibility toward society.

Ray Chagoya encouraged the graduates to put their learning into practice, to take part in public life, and to contribute to the well-being of their communities through their professions and their spirit of service. He also invited students to join an open talk on October 29 at the Oaxaca Institute of Technology, where he will share the actions and projects promoted by the Municipal Government of Oaxaca de Juárez.
