The State Coordination of Civil Protection and Risk Management (CEPCyGR) reports an increased likelihood of rain, some locally intense, associated with electrical activity, gusty winds, and showers on the coast, the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, and the Southern Sierra.

In this regard, strong local storms may occur in other regions; in addition, sea levels will reach 2 to 2.5 meters high, especially in the Gulf of Tehuantepec.

According to the weather forecast issued by the National Water Commission (Conagua), these conditions are due to a low-pressure area with the likelihood of cyclonic development in the vicinity of the Gulf of Tehuantepec, immersed in the monsoon trough.

There will also be persistent fog in mountainous areas and slight drops in minimum temperatures.
